Review: Great customer service from them, as due to no fault on their part they had a power outage which caused them major problems with getting orders out and catching up with customers to tell them of the problem.Despite that they got the bouquet I ordered for my wife for our anniversary to our hotel,on the day, by taxi and doubled the size of the bouquet by way of apologising (which they didn’t have to do) for the inconvenience. I would use them again.

Review: Anthony offers free delivery on everything. from tiny olive trees through to big mature olive trees which are half the price of anywhere else. from buxus plants to mature bay trees. order and he will deliver. if he doesn’t display it he will get it from supplier and deliver to your door. competitively priced. vegetable plants fruit trees. you name it and he will do his utmost to supply it. his big olive trees are only £150 compared to £250 elsewhere. worth a visit for all your gardening needs as well as cut flowers fresh from supplier daily.

Review: i do not even wanna to rate 1 star, very bad experience with it.
we tried to order some flowers yesterday afternoon for this morning, but we are not comfortable to provide credit card details, and they did not agree to receive cash upon on delivery, as a result the order was not successful.
we also tried to visit their shop in the street to pay cash in lake afternoon, but there was no people there, it seems they closed already.
finally we bought the flowers from another shop.
this morning, a guy came into my office to deliver the flower. even we did not have any chance to explain, he started shouting in the office, he was shouting to everyone just like a mad. i had to pay him the money to let him shut up and get away.
i have reported to TRADING STANDER, hope they can do something to avoid anybody having the similar experience in the future.

Review: A very terrible shopping experience! They delivered the poor quality flower to my company which looks definitely different with the picture they shows on the website. And the rube delivery man who is also the owner of the florist used very bad word and behaviors to me forcing me to pay him and shout very loudly in my office threatened everyone in the office. When our security guy ask him to leave, he even tried to fight with our security. Finally we have to give him money to get rid of it. FYI, that Kate who leave good reviews and pictures is actually his wife.

Review: Kate and Anthony provided us with a fantastic floral service during our Wedding last autumn. She was really helpful in helping us select which flowers we wanted to match our wedding theme. They went the extra mile by visiting our venue to ensure that the flowers would fit the venue decor. On the day, everything was delivered promptly and looked fabulous. They were amazing and I highly recommend them for all occasions.
