Review: Very disappointing experience shopping on Mother’s Day. Prices were at least £10-15 higher than alternative shops. Also refused a simple request to make a bouquet from separate items – which I think is a pretty standard service for a florist.

Review: What rude staff. Just witnessed them being extremely rude to a customer after she asked them to change a box that was ripped. The man serving practically threw a new box at her. They then were moaning about her to me when she left. I told them that I thought their attitude was not very nice and they were then rude to me. Such a shame as the flowers are nice but they need to work on the customer service skills. Won’t be buying from here again.
